About Us

Guymark UK was established in 1991, specialising in the provision and support of the highest quality medical equipment for the audiological, ENT and hearing conservation markets.

In 1995, we established our sister company, Houseman-Caltec International, to ensure the highest standard of support in calibration and service of audiological equipment. In 1997, Guymark UK and Houseman-Caltec merged to form a total service company.

In July 2000, we became an ISO registered company and are currently registered to ISO 9001:2008. Our Calibration Laboratory was awarded a UKAS accreditation for the calibration of audiometers in September 2008 and in December 2009 we achieved certification to ISO13485 for the manufacture of medical equipment.

We are the exclusive distributors in the UK and the Republic of Ireland of GSI audiological equipment and Micromedical Technologies balance equipment. We also supply Welch Allyn ENT equipment, CEL sound level meters, IAC booths and suites, Earmo hearing protection products and our own range of free field audiometers and visual reward apparatus. We supply a complete range of consumables and accessories for all of our equipment which is also compatible with other brands.

Guymark UK manufactures both traditional Toy Box Visual Reward Apparatus and a computerised LCD Visual Reward System with custom made animations. We launched a free-field hand-held audiometer in 2006 the PS50 and have added to the range introducing the PS75, PS75E and the new PS75H.

We regularly organise seminars and training courses. These discuss middle ear analysis, otoacoustic emissions, vestibular function and ASSR. The courses are led by some of the world’s leading authorities in audiology.

To ensure an efficient service, we divide the UK into managed regions which provide nationwide service to the public and private healthcare sectors, industry, education and public services.
