Our engineers will provide you with a complete service for all of your audiological and related equipment. This could simply mean an annual recalibration of a single piece of equipment that you have sent us, a minor or major repair, or a complete refurbishment.
At the other end of the scale it could be that you have 60 or 70 pieces of equipment from your department and your community services and we come to you and do everything on-site. |

| We never do just a calibration - there is always a full functional check of the equipment and all the leads, cables, connectors, headbands, control knobs, buttons, and all technical accessories are checked for correct operation and examined for damage or excessive wear. Minor repairs are carried out on-site. This is all included in the price - you only pay extra if spare parts are required. |
