SOUND LEVEL METERS
Enquire
Guymark When assessing an individual's hearing acuity it is necessary to know exactly what level of sound is being presented to this individual so that a determination can be made as to what can and cannot be heard. To make an accurate assessment it is also necessary to know at what frequencies this sound is being presented.
Usually the equipment being designed to present this sound is a calibrated device using calibrated transducers and a display of some kind will show exact levels and frequencies. In some instances a non-calibrated or variable transducer (e.g. loud speakers, live voice, recorded material) may be used and it is necessary to measure the output of sound using a Sound Level Meter of some kind.

This is an inexpensive range of instruments for noise checks in the workplace or general noise measurements. With simple to understand functions and large LCD screens they are ideal instruments particularly for personnel new to noise measurement or where regular spot checks on workplace noise may be required.
Advanced modular technology provides a choice of models and a clear upgrade path for future proof operation.

A choice of broad band and frequency analysis modes offers solution to a wide range of the most common noise measurement problems.
