Delivery charges
All orders to be delivered within the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland are subject to a £12.95 delivery charge (plus VAT where applicable).
All orders to be delivered outside the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland will receive a shipping quotation. To receive a quotation please complete the checkout process (no payment will be taken at this point). We will then send an email notification with a quotation and payment link should you wish to proceed with the order.
All orders to be delivered internationally will require a carriage charge to be calculated.

Delivery details
All deliveries within the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland will be shipped via FedEx, this is to ensure a fast and reliable service. Each parcel will have a unique consignment number which enables us to track your parcel and provide proof of delivery if required. (Please contact us if you require this information.)
Orders within the United Kingdom will be despatched the same day for a next day delivery if ordered before 1:00pm. If ordered after 1:00pm the order will be despatched the following day.
Orders to the Republic of Ireland will be despatched the same day for a 2-3 day delivery if ordered before 1:00pm. If ordered after 1:00pm the order will be despatched the following day.
Orders outside the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland will be despatched once payment is received, this will be same day if before 1:00pm or the following day if ordered after 1:00pm. Shipping times for these orders can vary, an indicated delivery time will be provided with the shipping quotation.
Most items available to purchase on our website are in stock, if items are out of stock it may take longer than the times shown above. Please allow up to 7 business days, if the delivery will be delayed longer than this you will be notified via email.
Returns / Exchange of goods
Items ordered in error can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please contact us first to obtained a returns number and download a returns form, this must be completed and included with the return goods.
Goods must be returned and received within 14 days of the date the return is authorised. All goods are to be returned at the buyers expense.
Once items have been received the buyer will be issued a refund within 7 days, unless goods are to be exchanged. Returned goods may be subject to a restocking fee, bespoke items cannot be refunded.
Damaged items must be reported within seven working days of the delivery date. In the unlikely event goods arrived damaged we will arrange for replacement items to be sent, in rare circumstances we may require items to be returned for inspection before a replacement is given.
