We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality calibration, service, and repair experience to support your needs. Having served the Audiology profession for over 30 years, Guymark offer an unrivalled service for the Audiological and ENT equipment we supply.

Our highly experienced team also have strong links with leading manufacturers and can, therefore, calibrate a wide range of most of the commonly used audiological equipment in the UK and Ireland.

As part of our selection of service solutions for our customers, we are delighted to announce our new and improved product care agreements.

By choosing to take out either our Care Agreement or enhanced Care & Repair Agreement, we can help you ensure that your equipment continues to function correctly, and all recommended maintenance is carried out to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Furthermore, if you choose our Care & Repair option, all parts and labour are also included should a repair to your equipment be required. Of course, there are some exclusions, so please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details of these.

Should your equipment require an annual calibration, then as part of your Care or Care & Repair Agreement we will calibrate it for you to national standards. You can be assured of the highest quality as our calibration service is both UKAS accredited and ISO9001 certified.

Some Features and Benefits of our Care / Care & Repair Agreements include:

• Flexible agreement length for any period required – choose to cover your equipment for as long or as short a time as you need and at any time in its lifespan.
• Cover is offered for any age of equipment so pre-existing equipment also qualifies. Please be aware that units that have been out of warranty for over a year will be subject to an initial inspection before an agreement can be taken out
• Software and firmware monitoring ensuring you always benefit from running the most up to date version of software for your equipment.
• Discount on your Audiological consumables, once you take out an agreement with us a credit voucher of 10% of your agreement value will be supplied. (Example: Equipment Care & Repair contract value of £3,000.00 - Credit voucher valued at £300.00 will be provided)
